Are your products hypo-allergenic?

All the products of Make-up Studio Australia are hypo-allergenic. This means that they are least likely to cause an allergic reaction.

Are your products vegan?

All the products of Make-up Studio Australia are vegan, accept the Face It Cream Foundations (bee’s wax) and the Hydromat Fluid Foundation (milk by products)

Do you test your products on animals?

Make-up Studio does not test our cosmetic products on animals. When selecting the ingredients to be used in our cosmetic products, Make-up Studio requires raw material suppliers to provide safety information based on scientifically accepted alternative testing methods that meet international safety standards and regulations.

Do the colours on my screen match the actual colours of the products?

Make-up Studio Australia has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet.

This means that when you order products from the Online Shop, colours may differ from what you see on the screen.

My product does not look like the image I saw on your Online Shop, how is this possible?

All images shown with each product on the Online Shop are as accurate as possible, however product packaging and sizes can change over time.

Do you ship your products overseas?

Make-up Studio Australia only ships their products to addresses within Australia and Tasmania.  New Zealand shipping is arranged by special request through an email order on

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

All parcels are shipped by Express Delivery from Australian Post. With this service they guarantee next business day delivery for items posted on any business day, within their Express Post networks. To see if your shipping address is part of that network you can look at their website.


Which credit cards are accepted on your site?

We accept MasterCard, and Visa Cards. We do not accept cheques but do offer Afterpay and Bpay facilities.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

We aim to provide you with a safe and convenient online shopping experience. How do I know if my payment has succeeded?

After you have entered and confirmed your payment details, you will normally get a confirmation of the transaction on the screen and per email. Make-up Studio Australia does not deny or accept payments itself, it merely transmits the information to the bank or credit card company. If your transaction is denied, it is the bank or Credit Card Company involved that denied the transaction.
